The Crystal Pools hiking trail begins on the R44 road. You will find the place after crossing the bridge over the famous Steenbras River. Park your car, cross the road, and follow the rules path until you reach the gate of Steenbras Nature Reserve. It is also known as the Crystal Pools.

Hiking through the Steenbras Nature Reserve, you hear it before you see it. The sound of rushing waterfalls. Then, you reach the pools. And the cliffs.

Some are just 5 meters high. Others? A nerve-wracking 20 meters. The only way down is to jump.
